招聘和选择员工

It is the goal of the College to seek and retain the best-qualified persons available for its employees.

It is the goal of the College to establish fair and meaningful criteria to be used for the selection of all job applicants. Any standards or criteria which may have discriminated or excluded any individual or groups shall be eliminated unless the College can demonstrate that such standards or criteria are conditions of successful performance in the particular position involved.
